Concert Charge One Standard Monthly Fee And If Any Problems Occur They Are Resolved At Concert’s Expense – Now There’s An Incentive. Using Remote Support, A Network Of Partners And A Dedicated Team You Get The Best Support At The Lowest Cost.

CONCEPT

We install a black box router to provide a secure link to our support centre.


We carry out an initial health check and get all systems up to date and stable.


We monitor your network, servers, and PCs 24 hours a day using advanced monitoring software.


When we see a problem developing or when you call us with an issue we join you remotely to resolve the issue there and then.


If you have a hardware failure or system issue that needs on site support we send an engineer to resolve the problem.

Concert is registered with the UK Data Protection Agency and complies with the recommendations of the Directive on Privacy of Electronic communication.


We also act as a portal to a wide range of services, some provided by our own team and some through our network of partners – these include: web site design, network cabling, software training, & database development.

COSTS

Concert charge a flat monthly fee based purely on the number of PCs on contract support that month.


For example, office environment with ten PC's/Laptops and local server only costs £30 / PC / Month for complete peace of mind. 

This fee covers:

  • Help-desk calls.
  • Remote assistance.
  • On site hardware maintenance / repairs and replacements.
  • Remote data backup.
  • Regular IT strategy meetings.

This makes budgeting a doddle as we protect you from any surprise IT costs typically associated with a break fix approach.  You can scale with ease ensuing that your tech support costs always stay inline with your business growth.


You can flex the number of PCs supported with a months notice, ensuring you don't pay to support PCs you are not using.
